By accessing tmc-equip.com or purchasing equipment from TMC EQUIP, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Purchases & Pricing
All listed prices are in euros and include standard fees. Prices are subject to change until a purchase agreement is signed. Deposits are non-refundable except under the terms of our 14-day money-back guarantee.
Warranty
Every machine is covered by a 1-year parts and labor warranty from delivery date. Warranty excludes wear items (tracks, tires, cutting edges) and damage from misuse or unapproved modifications.
14-Day Money Back Guarantee
Buyer may return any machine within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus round-trip transportation cost. Machine must be returned in the condition delivered, with reasonable wear excepted.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 2–3 business days from purchase. Delivery pricing starts at €1.20 per kilometer. We deliver to all EU member states. UK and non-EU by quote.
Consignment
Consignment agreements are documented separately. Consignor retains title until sale; TMC EQUIP retains custody during listing period. Commission and terms disclosed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
TMC EQUIP's total liability under any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the equipment. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Limburg, the Netherlands.
