1. Delivery Zones
We deliver door-to-door across all EU member states, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. Shipments to non-EU destinations are handled on request, subject to customs clearance and additional documentation.
2. Standard Lead Times
- Benelux: 1–2 business days
- Germany, France, Denmark: 2–3 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
- UK, Switzerland, Norway: 5–10 business days (customs dependent)
- Long-haul / non-EU: quoted on request
3. Transport Pricing
Delivery is priced from €1.20 per kilometre for standard low-loader transport within the EU, plus applicable ferry, permit or escort fees for oversize loads. A binding quote is included in every order confirmation.
4. Incoterms
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, sales are concluded on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms under Incoterms 2020. Loading at our yard and transport are arranged by TMC EQUIP; unloading at destination is the responsibility of the Buyer, who must ensure suitable equipment and a safe, accessible site.
5. Risk and Insurance
Risk in the Equipment passes to the Buyer on unloading at the delivery address. Transport is fully insured by TMC EQUIP against loss and transit damage up to the invoice value; higher coverage is available on request against additional cost.
6. Delivery Appointment
Our logistics team contacts the Buyer at least 24 hours in advance to confirm the delivery slot. If the Buyer is unavailable at the agreed slot and the driver has to wait or return, waiting time and re-delivery costs are for the Buyer's account.
7. Inspection on Arrival
The Buyer must inspect the Equipment on delivery and note any visible transport damage on the CMR / delivery note before signing. Undocumented damage cannot subsequently be claimed against the transport insurer.
8. Oversize and Abnormal Loads
Machines exceeding standard road dimensions require permits and, where required by national law, police escort. Additional lead time (typically 5–10 business days) applies and is quoted with the delivery cost.
9. Export Outside the EU
For exports we handle customs documentation (EX-A, EUR.1, CMR) as agent of the Buyer. Import duties, taxes and clearance at destination are the Buyer's responsibility.
